Our Process
How an order moves from request to your door
- Complete your order form in full, with all finished dimensions and details.
- We send you a yardage and labor quote.
- You approve and pay your deposit in full.
- You send your fabric and materials to the shop.
- Once all materials are received, we confirm your production timeline and completion date.
Please note: orders must be confirmed and paid in full before any materials are sent to us.
Our online order forms are designed to capture everything we need to quote and construct your item. Please complete all relevant fields carefully. If the form doesn't capture a specific detail, use the "Additional Design Details" or "Additional Notes" field.
Because our forms go directly to the workroom for production, all order information must be entered there — we do not reference outside order forms or work orders. Please don't send your own work orders; if you need help conveying a design detail, just reach out and we'll assist you.
Please do not send or bring in materials until your order has been confirmed and paid for. Once payment is received, send your fabrics and trims and we will check everything in, confirm yardage, and reach out to confirm receipt.
Once all materials are received, we will schedule your order and follow up with your estimated completion date.
